This is a simple strategy that may or may not work for your own promotions. It might be worth your time to test the idea out. You never know what may or may not work for you until you try.
In fact, you could take the marketing part of the video and make a separate clip. Then you would simply add this clip to videos that you subsequently make. This way you are not doing the same work over and over again.
Or, if you are outsourcing, you can save employee work hours that way. They can work on something else with the additional time.
